Watch2trade.co.uk adheres to the following policy with respect to requests for refunds of listing fees:
1. Watch2trade.co.uk can not guarantee any refund if watch2trade.co.uk receives the request for refund more than 72 hours after an Ad has been ordered. If you contact us after 72 hours, we will correct any mistakes we have made in the Ad, but cannot guarantee a refund however this will be at the total discretion of the management team which can be contacted at www.watch2trade_helpdesk@yahoo.co.uk.
2. If you call within 72 hours of ordering an Ad, watch2trade.co.uk will provide a refund only for the following reasons:
(i) Your Ad has not been posted and you wish to cancel the Ad (but you must first allow 24 hours for photos and up to 48 hours for multiple photos to post); or
(ii) You mistakenly ordered and paid for duplicate Ads through watch2trade.co.uk and seek to cancel, and obtain a refund on, the duplicate(s) only. We cannot, however, provide a refund on the original Ad.
3. Watch2trade.co.uk cannot guarantee to provide a refund for any other reason, even if you call within 72 hours of ordering an Ad. For example, we cannot provide a refund if you change your mind about the Ad, or its content or enhancements, or if you have made mistakes in submitting the Ad, or if you have not received any inquiries or offers to purchase the watch through watch2trade.co.uk, or if the watch has already been sold through other means. We also cannot provide a refund if watch2trade.co.uk has made mistakes in the content or enhancements of the Ad. In any case where watch2trade.co.uk has made such mistakes, we will of course make appropriate corrections to the Ad.
4. If you made mistakes in submitting an Ad directly with watch2trade.co.uk, we will make corrections to the Ad. There will be no charge for these corrections, unless you wish to order additional enhancements, in which cases there may be an additional charge. If you wish to change to a less expensive Ad, however, watch2trade.co.uk cannot provide any refund.
